The bits people always ask.

Does everyone in the family need to pay?

No. One adult subscribes and that single subscription covers the whole family group. Everybody else joins with a code and uses Doorstep at no extra cost.

What happens after the free trial?

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won’t be charged a penny. After that your plan renews through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel.

What age is Doorstep for?

Doorstep is intended for people aged 13 and over. Parents and guardians decide who in their own household uses it, and adults keep control of the calendar, chores, rewards and chat.

How private is our family’s information?

Everything you add stays inside your own family group. There are no public feeds, no adverts and no strangers — only the people you have invited can see your calendar, chores, wallets and chat, and every request is checked against your family group on the server.

How many people can we add?

As many as your household needs. Everyone joins the same family group, and each person gets the level of control that suits them — from full owner rights down to a simple view of today’s jobs.

Which devices does it work on?

Doorstep launches on iPhone first. An Android version is on the way, so the rest of the family will be able to join from whichever phone they already own.

What if we change our minds?
